1. Edible mushroom varieties and storage characteristics
The edible fungus industry has shifted from output and scale of operation to quality and efficiency, from production and management of dry products to focusing on both dry and fresh products or focusing on fresh products, and from rough processing of fresh products to refined classification and fine packaging of commodities.
There are many kinds of edible fungi, and the post-harvest ripening and respiration intensity of different varieties of edible fungi are quite different, and their storability is different. The storability of Coprinus comatus and Pleurotus ostreatus is poor, the storability of Pleurotus geesteranus and Enoki Mushroom is intermediate, and that of shiitake mushroom and Pleurotus Nebrodensis are strong.
